We handle your belongings with care, but if damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured and will resolve the issue promptly.
Do I need electricity and running water for cleaning?
Yes, both are required. If unavailable upon arrival, the cleaning will be canceled, and a fee will apply per our cancellation policy.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll re-clean the area free of charge within seven business days. We do not offer refunds but are committed to your satisfaction.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes! We use green, eco-friendly products. If you’d like us to use your supplies, just let us know.
How many cleaners will you send?
Typically, we send one cleaner, but the number may vary based on your booking. Let us know if you have a preference.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Absolutely! We’ll do our best to send the same cleaner. If they’re unavailable, we’ll assign another trusted team member.
How will the cleaners enter my home?
You can:
- Be home to let them in.
- Leave a key under the mat.
- Provide a lockbox code.
- Leave the door unlocked on cleaning day.
Do you clean windows?
We clean interior windows but do not clean exterior windows.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, but please ensure cleaners have access. If they can’t enter, a $70 cancellation fee applies. We recommend a final walkthrough before they leave.
Do you clean behind appliances or heavy furniture?
Yes, but you must move them beforehand, as cleaners cannot lift heavy items.
Do cleaners clean ceilings, ceiling fans, or high areas?
They don’t use ladders for safety reasons, but if you provide a small step stool (2-3 steps), they can clean reachable areas.
